✔️ All signers present, aware of what they are signing, and prepared to sign in front of the notary

What Should I Expect at My Notary Appointment?
At your notary appointment, you can expect a professional, efficient, and friendly experience. Here’s what will happen:
Document Review – I’ll check that your document is complete. I can’t notarize documents with blank fields unless clearly intended for later completion. (I am not an attorney and can’t provide legal advice.)
Identity Verification – I’ll confirm your identity using a valid, government-issued ID or credible witnesses if needed.
Oath or Affirmation (If Required) – Some documents require you to swear or affirm that the information is true.
Signing – You will sign the document in front of me.
Notary Journal – I’ll record the notarization, and you’ll sign my journal.
Notarial Certificate & Seal – I’ll complete the notarial certificate, sign it, and apply my official seal.
