What is a Mobile Notary, and What Does a Mobile Notary Do?

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents, providing a convenient and time-saving solution for individuals and businesses. Instead of finding and visiting a notary office, a mobile notary comes to you—whether at your home, office, hospital, or any other agreed-upon location.

As a mobile notary, I verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure documents are properly executed according to California notarial laws. I notarize a variety of documents, including real estate transactions, power of attorney, wills, trusts, affidavits, and business agreements. My goal is to provide a stress-free, professional experience while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

I proudly serve Fresno and the surrounding area, including Clovis, Madera, Kerman, Sanger, Fowler, Selma, Kingsburg, and Reedley, ensuring a seamless and stress-free notarization experience wherever you need it.

I notarize a wide range of documents, including real estate loan documents, power of attorney, wills, trusts, affidavits, and more. If you’re unsure whether your document requires notarization, feel free to ask!

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

To ensure a smooth notarization process, please have the following ready:

✔️ A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID)

✔️ All documents that need notarization, fully completed and ready for signing

✔️ All signers present, aware of what they are signing, and prepared to sign in front of the notary

Having everything prepared in advance helps the appointment go quickly and efficiently, ensuring your documents are notarized correctly the first time.

What Should I Expect at My Notary Appointment?

At your notary appointment, you can expect a professional, efficient, and friendly experience. Here’s what will happen:

  1. Document Review – I’ll check that your document is complete. I can’t notarize documents with blank fields unless clearly intended for later completion. (I am not an attorney and can’t provide legal advice.)

  2. Identity Verification – I’ll confirm your identity using a valid, government-issued ID or credible witnesses if needed.

  3. Oath or Affirmation (If Required) – Some documents require you to swear or affirm that the information is true.

  4. Signing – You will sign the document in front of me.

  5. Notary Journal – I’ll record the notarization, and you’ll sign my journal.

  6. Notarial Certificate & Seal – I’ll complete the notarial certificate, sign it, and apply my official seal.

I’ll guide you through each step to ensure a smooth, accurate, and stress-free notarization!
